As a Print on Demand company each product is made specifically for you you, based on your requested order. Therefore we cannot offer refunds on mistake orders.

Other than this, we really want you to be satisfied with your purchase, so we offer herefore, we offer a 30-day return policy for defective products. To initiate a return, please make your request within 14 days of receiving your item and we'll make make an appeal to the print outlet for you.

For your return to be eligible, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it – unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please refrain from washing the item. Additionally, you'll need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Upon receiving your order, please inspect it promptly. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately. We'll assess the issue and work to make it right.


EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Certain items cannot be returned, including digital downloads and custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Returns are not accepted for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have questions or concerns about a specific item, please get in touch with us.

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


PACKAGES LOST IN TRANSIT
If your package is confirmed lost in transit, you have the option to request a refund or a replacement.


STOLEN PACKAGES
We do not assume responsibility for packages marked as delivered that are subsequently stolen. It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure a secure delivery location.


EXCHANGES
For a swift resolution, we recommend returning the item you have after contacting us with photos of your item. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the desired item.


REFUNDS
After receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of the refund. If approved, the refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method. Keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
